The Wilson team has taken on a FIX AND FLIP project. We want to see through our experience the ins and outs involved in renovating a home from top to bottom. We mean that literally. On our Kingston Road house we are changing the roof, creating a open concept space on the main floor and reframing the basement to make more rooms. So yes, we are working from top to bottom. Remember, we also have an experienced team of renovators. Even the best of the best  are unable to forsee what can stall a project. Time does equal money in the case of renovating  a home for a FIX and FLIP project.

FYI:  So far we are over budget. One example as to why ... well the  pipes in the basement were hanging a little low from the ceiling. We had to have them specially raised so that we could achieve a proper height in the basement.  That means we had to spend $2000 more not accounted for. This is just the beginning of many unanticipated renovation adjustments we had to make.   We did get a great deal  on our windows. Stay tuned.......!
