Reno Update:

Let's call this Phase III of our renovation.  A lot has been done since the last time we updated all of you with the going on's for our RENO PROJECT:

•-         Roof has been stripped and re-shingled (removed the forest green shingles and installed black/gray 30-year shingle with ice shield and drip edge and installed 5 new roof vents to increase air flow)

•-          Framing completed

•-         Entire home boarded, taped, mudded and sanded (104 sheets of 8', 9', 10' and 12'  boards)

•-          Installed new door to new outdoor deck off dining room

•-          Primed entire home + painted several rooms

•-          All new interior doors framed and installed

While the drywall team came in, our Reno team kept themselves busy with preparing 1009 St Clarens  to sell quickly (which it did + for over asking) and Dave wrote his Phase II Real Estate Course.
