Our Experience working with Nancy Wilson
In February 2006 my wife and I visited an open house on Lee Avenue in the Beach. The hosting agent, Nancy Wilson greeted us with a cheery smile. We were immediately impressed with Nancy’s friendly, open attitude about the property and others that she knew were available, so impressed, in fact, that a few hours later we called her and indicated that we should like her to act as our agent while we put in an offer on the lovely Lee Avenue house. Nancy readily agreed and made all the necessary arrangements – house inspection, documents etc. etc. – so that thanks to her efficiency and expert advice we found ourselves the new owners of the place we had fallen in love with a couple of days earlier.
If we had been impressed with Nancy’s professionalism and warm enthusiasm in the process of buying our new house, it was as nothing when compared with the time and effort that she and her husband put into preparing our existing house for sale. The service provided by Nancy and Wayne was simply extraordinary. They painted, fixed everything that needed fixing, packed up the years of clutter which we had accumulated and took it off to storage. In short, they turned our fairly ordinary little house into a show piece. No detail was over-looked. They put in days and days of hard work so that our house would sell easily and that we would get a good price for it.
Over the past number of years I have been involved in buying and selling a total of eight properties and have met or worked with a fair number of real estate agents. There is no doubt that Nancy Wilson stands head and shoulders above all those with whom I have had contact.
Buying and selling properties is a stressful activity: Nancy made sure that our experience was as pleasant as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We used Nancy Wilson's services to sell our home in the Beaches. Nancy
brings to her work a level of professionalism that would be at home in any
corporate boardroom and combines this with a sense of openness you would expect from a friend.
Nancy did an excellent job of educating us on how to understand the real
estate market and how to understand the value of our home. She worked with us to create a strategy for selling the house and built a plan based on that strategy.
Part of the plan was to stage our house. This is one area in which we felt
we received particular value by hiring Nancy as our agent. She and her
husband Wayne worked quickly and efficiently to help us stage the house. We were able to achieve the same effect as hiring a professional stager without the cost. Nancy's eye for design was great and Wayne is the kind of hard worker who sets a pace to keep up with. We were able to stage the home in hours as opposed to days.

offers on our home and a sale price far beyond our asking price.
